Business Development Manager
Resort Income Optimization is currently seeking several Business Development Managers (BDM) for territories located in the Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America.

Job Summary/Responsibilities

Establishing and maintaining relationships with senior level sales & marketing representatives of small to medium sized resorts, hotels and rental property management organizations
Strategically positioning and selling Resort Income Optimization’s RIO Connect product and services
Designing and implementing strategic plans and objectives
Creating long-term objectives relative to retention and growth
Educating, presenting and participating at travel industry forums
Meeting fiscal and business objectives of executive management
Communicating global industry needs, developments and opportunities to appropriate areas
Negotiating and monitoring contracts
Provide input on new products and product enhancements
Good team player
Leadership skills
Flexibility in work schedules

Required Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ten or more years experience in the hotel industry
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key hotel contacts
Ability to present new ideas and convey them effectively internally and externally
Able to work in the Caribbean, Mexico or Latin America
